Benefits
Medical Insurance
We offer two medical insurance plans through Anthem: a PPO plan and a high deductible plan with an HSA match. Both provide comprehensive coverage, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs.
Dental Insurance
Our dental coverage is offered through MetLife, providing both in-network and out-of-network benefits. If you visit an out-of-network dentist, you may be responsible for the difference between MetLife’s allowed amount and the dentist’s charges, known as “balance billing.” This benefit is partially paid for by the company.
Vision Insurance
Vision coverage is offered through MetLife. The vision plan uses the MetLife Superior Vision network and allows you to use in-network or out-of-network benefits.
