While working for ETS you will be:

• learning or honing your skills to assess situations and provide solutions to our extensive customer base.
• exposed to multiple HVAC system and controls systems as ETS represents approximately 30 manufacturers and services many others.
• working with customers, fellow technicians and the office team.

Your days will be spent:

• at our customer’s sites performing preventative maintenance, new equipment start-ups, and diagnosis and repair services.
• helping build and retain customer confidence in the ETS service team.
• learning how to quickly assess situations and provide viable solutions.
• working on a variety HVAC systems and controls.

We are looking for individuals who:

• can meet or exceed customer expectations through communication and superior skills.
• can manage their time efficiently.
• are looking to continuously enhance their skills through onsite experiences and training.
• have an HVAC certification from a college or trade school.
• have prior HVAC experience. Commercial experience is a plus.

• is proficient speaking and writing in English.
• wants to take ownership of their responsibilities.
• has experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word and an ERP/CRM system.
